In an effort to encourage healthy activities and increase family involvement, Ramona School will be hosting “Fitness Fridays.” We invite parents and guardians to join us in physical activity every Friday, 8:00—8:20AM. We will begin by walking but hope to add other activities.

School Uniforms

The Hawthorne School District Board of Trustees adopted the school uniform policy for Ramona School consisting of:


  1. Collared shirt in white, light blue or navy blue
  2. Pants, skirts, skorts, jumpers, or shorts in khaki, navy blue or black
  3. Outerwear-light blue, navy or black
  4. Ramona spirit shirts  

1:30 Dismissal on Wednesdays

In order to provide quality professional development, planning time, and collaboration for our teachers, all students will be dismissed at 1:30 on Wednesdays.

For Your Child’s Safety:

Prior to entering the school or prior to releasing a student to the care of an individual, the individual must present appropriate identification to school personnel.

Failure to provide identification upon request may result in the denial of access to the campus or the inability to release of the student to the custody of the individual.
